Age requirement
You must be 21 or older to purchase wine. By placing an order you certify that both you and the recipient are 21+, and an adult signature (ID required) is needed on delivery.
Orders & payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely through our commerce provider (Commerce7) and its payment partners.
Shipping
We ship only to states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is permitted. Title passes to the purchaser in California; the purchaser is the importer for compliance purposes where applicable. Weather holds may apply.
Wine club
Club memberships bill automatically each shipment at the member price until you cancel. You may cancel or adjust a membership by contacting us before a shipment is processed.
Returns
If a wine is corked or damaged in transit, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
